• The BEA R2e-100 (Request To Exit) security door detector mounts above a secure door and allows authorized personnel to exit while keeping the door otherwise locked.

The R2e-100 uses active focused infrared detection to provide a known detection area unaffected by thermal changes. The detection area stops at the door hardware and depends on parallel traffic rejection to eliminate false detections and unauthorized entry.

The R2e-100 has an adjustable relay hold time between zero and 60 seconds, as well as three auxiliary inputs for multiple access configurations.
